Plan Administration

ENROLLMENT:   Each employee receives an enrollment kit which contains plan descriptions, carrier applications and our phone number for personal assistance.

RECORD KEEPING:  We maintain your firm's master eligibility file.  All Employee Benefit choices are recorded and kept up to date with enrollment changes.

BILLING:   All carrier bills are processed by us monthly.  Your only obligation is to put your check to the mail to the carrier.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE:  All employee needs from enrollment assistance to dealing with problem claims are included.

COMPLIANCE:   Plan documents and annual filings are prepared for your signiture and mailing.

MATERIALS:   All communications materials are drafted by our staff and printed to your specifications.
