Our Plan Administration / Benefit Outsourcing is the answer.  We provide the following services according to today's regulations so that your staff is relieved of this responsibility.

 

Communication: All employees receive a customized kit at the time of hire and open enrollment.  This kit gives a full description of benefits and costs, carrier application and information as well as an "800" number to our staff for personal assistance.  We also perform on site meetings to educate your employees on the best way to use the benefits that you have provided for them.
 
Record Keeping: Our staff maintains your firm's master eligibility file.   All daily changes are kept up to date daily and reported to all necessary parties including the carrier and you the client.  This system is designed to get your employee's choices communicated to the proper parties to avoid claim problems, incorrect payroll contributions or possible COBRA penalties.
 
Billing: All carrier bills are processed and audited by our staff.   Your only obligation is to put your check in the mail to the carrier.
 
Employee Assistance: All needs of the employees from enrollment procedures and provider network issues to dealing with problem claims are included.  This reduces the daily flow of phone calls to your staff, allowing them more time to deal with the issues of their job.
 
Compliance: Plan documents and annual filings are prepared for your signature and mailing.
